A safe and mindful yoga practice designed just for you at this special time of your life. This 4-week program features a modified Moksha practice with benefits such as openness and strength, breath awareness, connection, community, stress relief, reduction of water retention/lower back pain/sciatica. An invigorating yoga practice that will challenge you with postures you don’t always get to explore. Aim to build strength and stamina, while growing your practice in a new direction! We are test-driving this class at West, so be sure to attend if you want it to stay on the schedule! Music could be played during class.
Treat yourself. Cultivate the art of stillness. Join us for a truly transformative practice, made more wonderful with the live vocals, guitar, and blues harp of Tony Morgan. We will provide loads of props and supportive cushioning, but do feel free to bring your own bolster, blanket, eye pillow, etc. Whatever makes you super-comfy on your mat! Use your class pass or buy a drop-in.
Join Annette and Jaime for this unique opportunity to clear, balance, and harmonize your seven major Chakras during this beautiful multi-sensory experience that includes Restorative Yoga, Essential Oils, and Crystal Singing Bowls. Bring your own bolster, cushion, and eye pillow, if you have them! If not, we have lots of props to keep you comfy.

With this special class, we will focus on de-toxifying the body with an active sequence of postures designed to stretch and twist the spine, to cleanse and massage the internal organs responsible for healthy digestion, and to encourage freshly oxygenated blood deep into the muscle tissue and joints.
