Teen Yoga Worx is a 4-class package for youth 12 to 15 years. No experience required. The program runs from October 22 to November 12. Practice the 60-minute Moksha Series in non-heated space and learn valuable breathing techniques. Bring your reusable water bottle — you can fill it up with cold, filtered water at the studio! Sorry, no drop-ins. Mat rentals $2.
