I don’t know how to meditate.  I can’t find time to meditate.  The idea of meditation makes me nervous. I wish I knew how to get started.  HERE IT IS, FOLKS. Meditation is not as daunting as we like to make it out to be. And its benefits are too numerous and too important to ignore. Tip your toe into the calming waters of meditation. You might just surprise yourself!
