This workshop is designed for youth 12 to 16 years of age. Join Jen and Arielle for an informative and relaxing therapeutic yoga and art workshop, tailored to the needs of this very crucial phase of life. Learn skills and practical tools to help manage stress, anxiety, and depression at home, in school, everywhere.
