I came to Moksha Yoga London in late 2007 for my first class. I quickly fell in love with the practice and yoga developed into a huge part of my life. Shortly after I joined the Energy Exchange Volunteer Program, I watched as the studio and the community became like home and family.
I truly believe in the healing powers of yoga and community. This belief is what led me to take part in the Moksha Yoga Teach Training in Victoria, B.C. in June 2013. My love of yoga took me to the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Camp in Val Morin, Quebec in July 2015 for another month-long intensive training. I feel grateful to be able to share my passion for yoga with others.
Outside of the studio I am pursuing my other passion of Psychology through education. I enjoy cooking, gluten-free baking, getting tattoos, listening to indie rock and hanging out with cats.
