Pranayama Workshop with Katarina — Saturday, May 13 Downtown
Join Katarina for an opportunity to explore one of the most foundational aspects of a traditional yoga practice: Pranayama (breath control). Katarina will share the theory, practice and benefits of proper breathing exercises to help enhance your life on and off the mat! This workshop will include: a short lecture on the theory of Pranayama, a guided yoga class to get your body moving, a focused Pranayama practice, a guided relaxation session, and a reflection and sharing exercise to integrate all that we’ve learned. Come learn one of the most basic practices for boosting and balancing your energy!
