Restorative yoga seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props (bolsters, blocks, cushions, blankets, etc.). Postures are held for longer periods. This practice is held in a non-heated space.
12 basic postures that seek to increase strength, flexibility, proper breathing, and ease in meditation. This practice includes chanting, pranayama (breathing exercises), sun salutations, asanas (postures), and guided Savasana. Held in a non-heated space.
Postures are linked in a seamless manner, creating a natural flow of movement linked with breath. Flow will provide cardiovascular benefits, as well as muscle-strengthening and stamina-building. Each class will offer different content that challenges you mentally and physically.
