I first arrived at Moksha Yoga London in 2007 initially for a physical challenge that would complement my vigorous skating training. In later years, Moksha was a lifeline when I needed emotional support during a difficult personal change in my life. And as time unfolded, the Moksha Community became a family for me: a home away from home, a safe place where I could feel completely comfortable with who I am.
In 2014, I travelled to Kelowna, British Columbia to take my Moksha Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training. I am thrilled and honoured to be part of the teaching crew at Moksha Yoga London and I hope to expand my horizons with future training in Moksha Flow, Power, and Kids’ Yoga.
Beyond the hot room, I am passionate about my skating, a pastime I started when I was just 7 years old. Music also plays a huge part in my life. I gravitate to the heart-pleasing sounds of my piano whenever I have a spare moment or two.
Exploring the global community lights a fire in me. I am closely connected to Habitat for Humanity and have been actively involved in home-building projects in Zambia, returning from my most recent trip there in May 2015.
The world holds no barriers for me! And I love to talk about my life-enriching experiences, so never hesitate to ask!
